الشرط في أحاديث صحيح البخاري دراسة نحوية

ملخص الرسالة:
التركيب الشرطي من موضوعات النحو الواسعة التي لا تكاد تخلو مسألة فيه من خلاف تركيبي| أو دلالي؛ لذا اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يقسم على مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة فصول، وخاتمة وملحق إحصائي.
في التمهيد تناول البحث مصطلح الحديث ما يراد منه إن أطلقه المحدث أو اللغوي، وقضية الاستشهاد به ومكانة صحيح البخاري بين كتب الحديث.
وفي الفصل الأول عرض البحث في توطئته مصطلح الشرط عند النحويين والفقهاء، ومصطلح الأداة، ثم انتقل في المبحث الأول والثاني إلى استعراض أدوات الشرط الجازمة وغير الجازمة، ما ورد منها في صحيح البخاري وما لم يرد، مفصلاً القول في القضايا النحوية المثارة في كل أداة، محصياً عدد المرات التي تكررت فيها كل أداة في صحيح البخاري، ذاكراً الأدوات التي خلا منها الصحيح.
وفي الفصل الثاني درس البحث أنماط التركيب الشرطي، فبدأ ببحث مصطلحي الجملة والكلام عند النحويين، ثم عرج على دراسة أنماط التركيب الشرطي الرئيسة، وأقوال العلماء في ماعدوه منها حسناً وما رأوه مستكرهاً، فارتباط الجواب بالفاء وجوباً في الجواب الذي لا يصلح أن يقع شرطاً، وارتباطه بالفاء جوازاً في المواضع التي تصلح أن يكون الجواب فيها شرطاً . وجاء الحديث في المبحثين الثاني والثالث عن أنماط التركيب الشرطي في أحاديث صحيح البخاري للأدوات الجازمة وغير الجازمة.
وفي الفصل الثالث كان الحديث عن العوارض التي تعرض للتركيب الشرطي بالنقص أو بالزيادة، فجاء الحديث في المبحث الأول عن الحذف وأنواعه، ووروده في أحاديث صحيح البخاري، وفي المبحث الثاني درس البحث اجتماع الشرط والقسم، ففصل القول في أضربه وصوره، والخلاف بين النحويين في توجيه بعض مسائله، وما عليه الحال في أحاديث صحيح البخاري . وفي المبحث الثالث تناول البحث موضوع اعتراض الشرط على الشرط، فاستعرض ما جمعه النحويون له من صور، مبيناً ما ورد منها في أحاديث صحيح البخاري وما لم يرد، والصور التي وردت في صحيح البخاري ولم يذكرها النحويون فيما جمعوه.
وختم البحث بخلاصة لأهم النتائج التي توصل إليها، وملحق إحصائي لأدوات الشرط وأنماطها وعوارضها التركيبية في أحاديث صحيح البخاري.

Abstract:
This study discusses the condition ( Protasis ) conational constructions one of the large topics of grammar whose problems have always syntactic and semantic differences.
Therefore, the nature of this study necessitates that it has to be divided into introduction, prelude three chapters, conclusion and statistical appendix.
In the prelude, the terminology of Hadith has been discussed to show its exact meaning when it is used by a linguist or Hadith specialist the issue of quoting Hadith, and the importance ofAL-Bukharis Saheeh among the books of Hadith .
At the beginning of chapter ( 1 ), the terms of condition and Particle have been displayed more than in sections 1 and 2 the apocopative and unapocopative particles have been displayed to show which ones of them are there in AL-Bukharis Saheeh which ones are not there . The grammatical issues of each particle and its frequency AL-Bukharis Saheeh have been discussed in detail.
In chapter 2, this study discusses the types with the terms of sentence and speech and it turns to the scholars, points of view with respect to what they consider acceptable and unacceptable . They show that "fa-"is obligatorily connected to the apodosis that cannot be protasis, and "fa-" is permissibly connected to the apodosis that can be protasis . In sections 2 and 3 , the discussion is about the conditional constructions types and the apocopative and unapocopative particles.
In chapter3, the accidental factors that cause the conditional constructions to be arugmented or decreased are discussed in section 1 according to their presence in AL-Bukharis Saheeh. In section 2, types of the combanition of the conditional and the oath constructions have been investigated in detail in addition to the differences between the grammarians in handling their problems and how the case is in AL-Bukharis Saheeh.In section 3, this study discusses the cases when a conditional construction intercepts another what the grammarians have gathered of its forms that are there in AL-Bukharis Saheeh and those are not there is addition to the cases which are there but the grammarians did not mention.
This study has been concluded with a short note about the important results to which the research work arrived at and a statistical appendix of the conditional particles and their type and their syntactic phenomena in AL-Bukharis Saheeh .
