هدفت الدراسة الوقوف على واقع برنامج إعداد معلم القرآن الكريم, في كلية التربية جامعة صنعاء من حيث المحتوى الذي يدرس, والأداء التدريسي, ومستوى الخريجين في ضوء معايير الجودة, ووضع تصور مقترح لتطوير البرنامج يتسق مع معايير الجودة, وقد اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وشبه التجريبي, وقام باشتقاق قائمة بمعايير الجودة خاصة بالبرنامج, وقائمة معايير خاصة بالطالب المعلم في ضوء الدراسات النظرية للبحث, وكذلك تم تحويل الشق الثاني من القائمة الخاصة بالطالب المعلم إلى بطاقة ملاحظة لملاحظة أداء طلاب التربية العملية, وكما تم وضع اختبار في ضوء قائمة المعايير الخاصة بالطالب المعلم لمعرفة مدى فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تحسين أداء الطالب المعلم المستوى الرابع لقسم القرآن الكريم, وقد طبق الاختبار على مجموعة تجريبية تكونت من

36) طالب/معلم بعد تدريسهم الوحدة التجريبية من البرنامج المقترح.

Abstract
Developing Programm for Preparing the Holy Qura'an Teacher at the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University, According to Quality Criteria
The problem of the research lies in the shortage programs for preparating Holy Quraan teachers at the faculty of education, Sana'a University. In order to address this need, the researcher tried to answer the following questions:
1. What are the social, psychological and knowledge principles for preparing the Holy Quraan teacher ?
2.What are the comprehensive quality criteria for the Holy Quara`an teacher and his Prepring program which can be applied and used develop this program?
3.What is the st are the present for preparing the Holy Quara`an teacher at the faculty of education with respect to content, teaching performance and the level of graduates in the light of the previous criteria?
4.What is the suggested program for Prep aring the Holy Quara`an at the faculty of education on the light of the quality criteria the real state analysis?
5.What is effectiveness of the suggested program in the performance of both Holy Qura`an teacher and students?
To answer these questions, the researcher had made a list of the criteria and special indicators for preparating the Holy Qura`an teacher in the light of quality criteria that should be avavilable in the current program The researcher depended on previuos studies and experts view to prepare the list and theoritical frame the list includes four fields, (10)criteria and (88) includes. The suggested program was prepared in the light of these criteria and applied at the faculty of education –Sana'a university.
An observation card was made in order to identify the performance of(83) students of practical education, level four.
The same students and After the pre- test, they were divided in to two groups.
The experimental unit of the suggested program was applied on experimental group as the researcher had reached he the experimental the control group learned the syllabus in the tradition way.
The researcher had reached the following results :
1.The researcher had reached a list of suggested criteria for the Preparatim program of the quraan teacher at the Faculty of Education, Sana'a University in the light of quality criteria the list included in its final form on (4) fields and (10) criteria and (88) indicators.
2. The researcher had made an observation card for HolyQura`an teacher that contained in its final form (4) fields (9) criteria and (72) indicators, and each indicator includel (4) measures.
3. The content analysis form of the current program in its final form contaned (282) with the whch are fully avai lable percentage of ( 34.13%) and (42) items that are partially with the percentage of (5.04%) 511 unavailable items available with a percentage of (61.19%).
4. The researcher had suggested a program for the preparation of Holy Qura`an teacher at the faculty of education Sana'a – University in the light of quality criteria.
5. There are differences of statistical significanee between the tean scores of the student teacher – the sample of research –in favour of the experimental group.
6. There is a decrease in the performance of student teacher during the application at the school with different rates.
